When can I use my Holiday Home?

The Sandlings Centre is open from 1st March to 14th January each year. You may use your holiday home at any time during this period, as long as you confirm with the 'holiday use' requirements.

How long can I live at The Sandlings Centre?

You are not allowed to live at the Sandlings Centre, we are a holiday park, and all properties on the park are second homes, therefore, you must have a primary residence elsewhere, where you spend the majority of your time.

What is included in the Site Fees?

General site maintenance and upkeep, such as grass and hedge cutting. Water supply and waste costs are included. The upkeep and testing of services is included.

Can I rent my Holiday Home out?

Sub-letting of holiday homes at The Sandlings Centre, is not allowed. Use is restricted to owners friends and family only.

How do I pay for my Electricity?

Each holiday home is fitted with a pre-payment meter, some using card tokens and some using smart cards. Card tokens and top-ups for smartcards can be purchased from the park office. It is your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient credit on your meter!
